About the Event
Join us at the Heritage Museum to meet Western Oregon University Professor Jim Dawson, along with his raptors. Professor Dawson is an ornithologist, a person who studies birds, and has been working with them since he was 13 years old.
While at the museum, check out our new exhibit, "Nesting with Osprey," to learn more about the osprey that live along the Willamette River.
